The scheduled Trans Mountain Expansion Ministerial Panel  public meeting in Victoria is a "strange" embodiment of disrespect for paramount EIIR Canada "consent".
Politically, these west coast territories remain as the paramount governed lands and waters of CSSP : Consecutively Settled Sovereign Peoples. And, further, within this context of "custom and tradition" (as embraced within the 1953 Elizabeth II Coronation Oath).
CSSP Kwa'mutsun Nation State and Rocky Mountain Kelly Lake Cree Nation State are prominent speakers to the domestic and international political communities on matters of "Peace Trust Friendship : Gus Wen Tah : Two Row Wampum - in particular, in matters of natural resources development (i.e., Energy) in conjunction with obligations to Mother Earth. The governed, non-treatied, non-acquiesced, not abandoned HRH Calliou at RMKLCNS is 10 million acres (circa Vancouver Island and Empire of the Netherlands).
It remains that the FREE PRIOR INFORMED CONSENT doctrines are politically applicable on these west coast CSSP territories. And, that the majority of CSSP's have not assented to the "Ship's" (EIIR Canada and / or confederated provinces and territories) continued "false flag" assertions of political entitlement to establish paramount governance : noting that (a) the St Petersburgh 1825 Russia : Great Britain Treaty was politically "null and void" in absence of CSSP "consent"; and, that the EIIR Canada constitution does not politically comply with GUS WEN TAH Covenant Chain Peacemaking.
In Summary : The EIIR Canada Trans Mountain Expansion Ministerial Panel is conducting "Ship" business; not CSSP business; and, is subject to be included into the CSSP 2013 - 2016 continued peremptory complaint portfolios to the UN Security Council (re alleged Charter, Chapter VII hostile breaches); and, the Office of the Prosecutor, International Criminal Court (including matters of alleged "genocide" as reported in the Canada Truth and Reconciliation 2015 Final Report).
